Most families navigate the healthcare system alone. They shouldn't have to. Rose Care Navigation is a private patient advocate serving Boca Raton and Palm Beach County — in your corner, at every appointment, on every call.
It begins with care.
What we do
When multiple doctors, specialists, and facilities are involved, things fall through the cracks. We coordinate the whole picture — records, referrals, medications, follow-ups — so nothing gets missed and everyone is working from the same plan.
We attend doctor visits and hospital meetings with you or your loved one — asking the questions that need asking, taking notes, and making sure you leave understanding the diagnosis, the options, and the next steps.
Surprise bills, denied claims, confusing statements. We review, dispute, and resolve billing and insurance problems — and most families are owed more than they think.
How it works
A 20-minute call. You tell us what's happening; we tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
We map the full situation — diagnoses, providers, medications, insurance, and family concerns.
A clear, written plan: what needs to happen, who's responsible, and what we'll handle for you.
We stay in your corner — at appointments, on calls, and in every update to your family.
Who we are
Rose Care Navigation is built on years of experience in community guidance, pastoral care, and counseling — and a deeply personal understanding of what it means to navigate the healthcare system during a crisis.
Florida is home to a large elderly population whose families often live out of state. We saw seniors feeling lost and overwhelmed — especially when health complications arise — and families feeling helpless from a distance. Rose Care Navigation exists to bridge that gap: serving as the caring, knowledgeable, boots-on-the-ground presence for those who need someone in their corner.
Yehuda founded Rose Care Navigation after years of guiding families through their hardest moments — bringing calm, clarity, and follow-through to a system that offers little of any of them.
Chaya is the day-to-day care navigator families rely on — coordinating providers, sitting in on appointments, and making sure every family member knows exactly where things stand.
Who we serve
A parent in Palm Beach County and you're hours — or states — away. A new diagnosis and more questions than answers. A hospital stay that's moving faster than anyone can process. We become your eyes, ears, and voice on the ground.
Physicians, discharge planners, social workers, and geriatric care managers refer families to us when a patient needs more coordination and follow-through than the system can provide. We report back, we don't disappear, and we make you look good for the referral.

Questions families ask
A patient advocate works only for the patient and family — not for a hospital or insurance company. We attend appointments, coordinate between doctors, explain options in plain language, manage discharges, and resolve billing and insurance problems.
Yes — it's one of the most common situations we serve. We act as your local, professional presence in Palm Beach County and keep you informed after every appointment. More on long-distance caregiving →
Private advocates typically bill hourly, and every engagement starts with a free 20-minute consultation to scope what you need. See our full cost guide →
No. Hospital advocates are employed by the hospital. Rose Care Navigation is independent — we work solely for you, across every hospital, doctor, and insurer involved in your care.
